Fiiber Pro

Learn how to turn on and design automated emails for form submissions.


1. From the dashboard select the form you want to add an automated email to.


2. Select “Workflow” from the navigation and toggle on Emails. 


3. Select the “Edit” button to open up the Email Builder.


4. Add fields from the side navigation and selecting the field you wish to add.


5. Clicking and dragging on a field allows you to move the field to a new area on the from.


6. Clicking on a field brings up the delete and edit icon*; in the edit settings you can add your text, links, padding, colours and more. 


7. Selecting the design tab from the side navigation allows you to edit your emails background colour and toggle branding on/off.


*In the text field settings you have the option to add form data to your emails. In the text setting select the “Form Data” drop down and choose the field you want to reference. For example if you want the email to thank the customer by their first name, you would select first name from the Form Data dropdown and place it where you need in your sentence: “Thanks for signing up #10000000”. The email will automatically detect the Form Data you used and replace the ID with their name.
