Refund a Customer

Learn how to refund a customer’s transaction.

1. To get started, select billing from the navigation menu and select transactions.

2. Select the transaction you are wanting to refund from the table.  

3. Select “Refund Customer” from the side navigation. A pop-up modal will appear and you can input the amount and select the reason for the refund.
